Before you begin

  • Transfer-request or approval access for the part you perform.
  • The other school’s code and identifying pupil details.
On this page

Start the incoming transfer request

  1. Step 1. Open Students → Transfers and choose the request action.
  2. Step 2. Search the source school using its school code and the pupil details requested.
  3. Step 3. Review the masked matches carefully and choose the correct candidate.
  4. Step 4. Add a clear request note and submit. Check the Incoming list for its status.

Review an outgoing request

  1. Step 1. At the releasing school, open the Outgoing list and review the pupil and receiving school.
  2. Step 2. Check the request, the pupil’s current position and any outstanding balance shown to your school.
  3. Step 3. Approve or decline using an authorized account and add the decision note where needed.
  4. Step 4. The receiving school follows the approved-transfer admission action and chooses the appropriate placement.

Check records and expired requests

When available, open the transfer record to review the supplied academic history, attendance, comments and guardian details. Keep a copy through the official record or certificate action where offered. Requests can be cancelled, declined or expire; use the displayed state to decide whether a fresh request is necessary.

  • Confirm both schools and the same pupil before proceeding.
  • A transfer record is a supplied historical record, not permission to edit the source school’s old marks.
  • Verify the pupil’s status and roll in both schools after completion.
