Use School Fees alongside School Mann

Keep shared people and placements connected while managing payments in the right service.

Open the connected service

School Mann handles school records, teaching, attendance and reports. School Fees handles fee setup, pupil balances, collections, receipts and payment reconciliation. Where a School Fees shortcut is available, it uses the school’s connection status to open the relevant service.

  1. Step 1. Check the school name in School Mann.
  2. Step 2. Open the School Fees shortcut or your school’s service from Warmkeys.
  3. Step 3. Confirm you are working in the same school before changing a pupil or class.
  4. Step 4. Use the School Fees documentation for billing, arrears, scholarships and payment procedures.

Review shared identity and class changes

  • Use the same school and intended pupil identity rather than creating a parallel record in each service.
  • School student IDs and pupil name-order settings are shared where the connected workflow is available.
  • Activation can copy existing classes and pupils; ambiguous matches still need review.
  • Year-end class decisions need agreement across the apps before the connected billing workflow can safely use the new placements.
