Review term closing
- Step 1. Open Review term closing for the active term.
- Step 2. Read the readiness results by class. Fix missing subject setup, marks, observation ratings or required report items.
- Step 3. Open the closing preview and review how many reports will release, remain held by fees or await approval.
- Step 4. Check the next term and dates, then confirm only when the school is ready.
- Step 5. Reopen Academic Years and verify the closure summary and new current term.
Separate term closing from year-end placement
Closing Terms 1 and 2 normally advances to the next term. Year-end work also requires reviewed next-year pupil placements. Prepare Promotion and agree class changes with School Fees when connected. Do not assume that changing the current term automatically promotes pupils.
