Manage portal access
- Step 1. Use the guardian’s action menu and choose Manage portal access or Portal access.
- Step 2. Confirm the email belongs to the intended guardian.
- Step 3. Follow the activation or invitation action displayed. An active portal account and a sent invitation describe different states.
- Step 4. Ask the guardian to sign in to the Parent Portal with the matching Warmkeys account.
- Step 5. Check the intended child appears under the correct school.
Resolve a missing child or invitation
- If no email is saved, collect and correct it before sending a portal invitation.
- If an invite was sent to the wrong address, correct the school record and review portal access before resending.
- A family with several children needs the correct guardian links for each child.
- A child appearing in the portal does not make an unapproved or open-term report available. Check report release separately.
