Save a draft and correct errors

  1. Step 1. Review every row and expand the pupil or guardian details where needed.
  2. Step 2. Fix the validation messages before marking a row ready.
  3. Step 3. Save incomplete work as a named draft if you need to return later.
  4. Step 4. Reopen the saved draft for the same school and class. If another person changed it, reload the current draft before saving again.

Enrol the ready rows and confirm the roll

  1. Step 1. Review the ready-row count and selected class before starting enrolment.
  2. Step 2. Follow the per-row results. Rows already enrolled remain marked as saved.
  3. Step 3. If the connection is interrupted, reopen or reload the saved draft and check the roll before retrying uncertain rows.
  4. Step 4. Confirm the final pupil count and sample guardian details in Students.
