Open applications and share
- Step 1. Use the form’s preview and check the saved questions and offered classes.
- Step 2. Review opening and closing dates, then make the form available when ready.
- Step 3. Copy the parent link and share it through the school’s chosen channel.
- Step 4. If physical copies are allowed, use the printable form and track receipt of the completed application.
- Step 5. Check the Applications list and filters to confirm submissions are arriving in the intended round.
Keep form versions and applications clear
Applications keep the form snapshot they were submitted against. Saving a later form change does not rewrite every earlier applicant’s answers. Closing applications stops new availability according to the form’s state and dates; it does not enrol or decline the existing applicants.
