Review a received application
- Step 1. Open Admissions, choose the admission round and filter the application list.
- Step 2. Open the applicant and check pupil details, guardian contacts, attachments and submission history.
- Step 3. For a physical application, confirm receipt through the physical-submission workflow.
- Step 4. Move a received application into review. Ask for changes with a clear note if details need correction.
- Step 5. Offer admission or decline through the available decision actions. Review the note before confirming.
Confirm enrolment after an offer
- Step 1. Open an application with Admission offered status.
- Step 2. Confirm the requested class and the currently active academic year. A future-year offer must wait until that year is active.
- Step 3. Review possible existing pupils and choose the correct existing pupil only when it is the same child.
- Step 4. Confirm the duplicate check and guardian details, then complete enrolment.
- Step 5. Check the resulting pupil and class record. If a connected sync needs retrying, use the application’s retry action rather than enrolling a second time.
Issue and verify admission letters
Use the admission letter actions with the school’s saved signature and stamp settings. Review the official text and applicant details before issuing. An official letter is versioned; use the revoke or replacement workflow when a prior letter should no longer be valid.
- A saved form or offer is not the same as an issued official letter.
- Check email status in the history and use the retry action for a failed delivery when available.
- Keep application recovery details private and help a family recover the existing application rather than submit duplicates.
