Run a small complete example
In the fictional school, Basic 4 has three pupils and Kojo Demo as its class teacher. The school prepares Mathematics assessments for Term 1, confirms a daily attendance register, enters the three pupils’ marks, and completes report comments. The teacher submits the prepared reports to the named approver. Parent release waits for term closure and the school’s release and fee-hold rules.
- Use the in-app setup guide to see what school records still need attention. A blocked step usually has an earlier dependency.
- Use separate staff accounts so responsibilities, signatures and activity records remain accurate.
- Check one guardian can see the intended child in the Parent Portal before inviting all families.
