Read the two balances

Open Wallet to review App Credits and SMS Credits separately. App credits support use of the Fees service. SMS credits support eligible messages sent through the school’s School Fees SMS route. Neither balance is a pupil’s tuition balance. The displayed rate and estimate depend on the school and applicable billing policy.

Add credits

  1. Step 1. Choose the correct balance to top up.
  2. Step 2. Use an available voucher, redeem a supplied voucher code, request a voucher or use online purchase when offered.
  3. Step 3. Confirm the amount and follow the checkout or redemption flow.
  4. Step 4. Refresh Wallet and check transaction history before repeating a top-up that has an uncertain result.

Understand access notices

Low app-credit warnings can become access restrictions when the permitted negative-balance limit is reached. Wallet remains the place to resolve the balance. Weekend or public-holiday access can have a separate prompt; review the price and duration shown before purchasing. Do not assume a voucher purchase automatically grants every optional access type.

Vacation mode

Review Settings or Wallet for vacation-mode status and the available usage allowance. Read the duration, effect on access and effect on service charging before enabling it. Disable it when the school resumes work. Check the automatic vacation option and any prompt at term close so staff are not surprised by restricted access.
