Collect for a class

  1. Step 1. Choose the fee, class and date range in the register.
  2. Step 2. Select Collect for a class and the actual collection date.
  3. Step 3. Review each pupil’s suggested amount, existing collection, balance and advance credit. Enter what was received.
  4. Step 4. Review the total and payment details, then confirm the class collection.
  5. Step 5. Check the register and receipts. A dash means no net collection for that date; it does not establish an exemption.

Exempt a pupil for particular dates

Select the pupil or pupils and use Exempt selected. Enter the start date, optional end date and reason. The exemption applies only to that plan. Review the effect on charges already in that range. For a flat weekly fee, the range must include the billing weekday to exempt that occurrence. Ending an ongoing exemption resumes charging from the effective date shown.

Edit rates or pause future charging

Use Edit rates / schedule / pause. Existing-plan changes apply from tomorrow or a later selected date. Preview them before saving. Use Update scheduled charges if the register needs to catch up with its configured schedule. Review any billing error message rather than entering substitute debt manually.

Review or reverse an entry

Open a pupil’s history in the recurring register to inspect dated charges, payments, waivers and refunds. For a mistaken payment, use Undo payment, enter the reason and confirm the reversal. This reverses the full selected payment and keeps the original receipt in history. Review the resulting balance. Editing a future schedule is a separate operation.
