Review the queue

Open Roster health and inspect the category, pupil, class and explanation for each item. Categories can include missing or unlinked pupils, class mismatches, class-order changes, pending proposals and deletion reviews. A warning is a request for review; it is not proof that the two similar-looking records are the same child.

Resolve an item

1. 1Step 1. Confirm the pupil’s identity and current class using the school’s own records.
2. 2Step 2. Check which app the item came from and which app the proposed action will affect.
3. 3Step 3. Use the offered action to add the linked pupil to Fees, resolve a class mapping, review a proposal or decide a deletion review.
4. 4Step 4. Read the confirmation and refresh the queue afterward.
5. 5Step 5. Open the pupil in the affected app and check the class and financial history.

Before year-end changes

Review shared placement decisions before closing the final Fees term. Settings can control automatic synchronization of School Mann year-end placement marks. Check the pupil-level decisions and preview so a class change is not applied twice.

If an item cannot be resolved

Do not create another pupil or class simply to clear a warning. Collect the name, IDs, class names and the action offered, then contact support if the link or target class is incomplete. Dismissing a visible item is different from correcting the underlying record.
