Statistics gives collection and outstanding-balance summaries. Daily Report focuses on a selected collection day. An owing list identifies pupils with unpaid balances for the selected class and term. The recurring register reports daily or weekly plans separately. Always read the scope and period before comparing totals.

  3. Step 3. Generate or open the report and compare it with the day’s actual cash, bank and online records.
  4. Step 4. Download the PDF or use the offered delivery action.
  5. Step 5. For scheduled reports, review Settings → Daily report notifications, the delivery time, recipients and the same-day or previous-day option.

Export an owing list

  1. Step 1. Select Owing List on Home or the relevant class export action.
  2. Step 2. Choose the class, term and section or division when offered.
  3. Step 3. Generate the list and check several pupils against their live records before following up with families.

Reconcile like for like

A bill total is not the same as cash collected. A correction or scholarship can change the amount owed without receiving money. Report dates can follow the actual payment date, including valid backdated payments. A historical debt carried into the next term should not be counted as two independent outstanding balances.
