Add extra class fees

Use Manage in Extra class fees to maintain named class-wide items such as Learning materials. Check the amount and class before saving. If the form offers recalculation, review whether existing open-term records should change. A one-time trip for selected children belongs under One-off charges instead.

Understand recalculation

Existing students too rewrites applicable fees across open terms. Closed terms are not recalculated. New students only leaves current pupils’ existing records as they are and changes the default for later additions. Changing a fee amount does not mean the school has received a payment.
