Set up the printed appearance

Use Print appearance or Settings → printing to review the school details, logo, header layout and any bill letterhead. Preview the result before downloading a batch. Set class bill templates or additional information where available, then check a representative pupil’s document.

Know what the document represents

A bill states an amount charged for a period. A receipt records a payment received. Do not use an old downloaded bill as the only check of a current outstanding balance; payments and valid corrections may have changed the live account since it was downloaded. At term close, review the new bills generated for the next term.

When a download looks wrong

  • Check the selected term and class first.
  • Check the live fee breakdown and scholarship coverage before editing a document.
  • If a logo is missing, confirm it loads in the preview and check the print appearance settings.
  • Allow the browser’s print or download action, and retry a smaller class batch if a large export is interrupted.
