Complete the checks first

Run the closing flow

2. 2Step 2. Review the term summary and requested confirmations.
3. 3Step 3. Enter the next term’s dates and choose whether to update class fees for the next term.
4. 4Step 4. Review any year-end placement confirmations, then confirm the close once and wait for completion.
5. 5Step 5. Read the result, check the next active term and inspect several new bills.
6. 6Step 6. Review the vacation-mode prompt if one is offered.

What happens to balances

The close process carries applicable unpaid amounts or credit into the next period and keeps transfer information on the old record. The new period’s bill includes its own fees and the applicable carried amounts. Review itemized charges and the transfer result rather than re-entering historical debt as new opening arrears.
