Parents sign in with a Warmkeys account and follow their children from one place. Results, attendance, and what the school is owed — then they can pay from the phone. There is no app to install.
Results and report cards
When the school releases them in School Mann, parents open the same report on their phone.
Attendance and the timetable
Families see attendance and the class timetable without calling the office.
Balances and fee history
School Fees shows what is owed this term, what was paid, and history after a child leaves.
Pay with Hubtel
When online payments are enabled, parents pay an outstanding balance from the portal, or with a Payment ID and no login.
Schools run the day in School Mann and the ledger in School Fees. The Parent Portal is what families see once the school invites them.
